About Robyn

I've always had a soft spot for older adults.

As a child, I visited my grandfather after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, sitting in the nursing home and "playing pretend telephone" with residents. In high school, I had a senior buddy I visited regularly. After college, I volunteered to befriend an older gentleman with no nearby family.

Care for older adults has never been just professional for me — it's personal.

I've also walked through aging transitions within my own family, which gives me a deep appreciation for both the emotional and practical complexities involved.

Over the past decade, I've worked across the senior industry, primarily in leadership roles within Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities. I've also represented non-medical home care, move management services, and a senior resource publication — because aging transitions rarely involve just one decision.

The industry is constantly shifting. What was true six months ago may not be true today. That's why I research before I recommend.

I work closely with families to navigate senior living options and find the right fit — while also connecting them with trusted professionals along the way. My role isn't to practice every specialty, but to understand the landscape and guide families to the right experts when needed.

That's why I created Keep Austin Caring.
